An exclusive pattern is designed for each customer, regarding his physical traits and his/her needs. The result is unique personalized garment. Also, most of the work process is hand-made.

Swatches of our fabrics are available for those who would like to see the actual material and colour before placing an order. Each set of between 20 to 50 different fabrics and colour choices are available for ordering at NO CHARGE. Please bear in mind that it can take anywhere between 2 to 3 weeks for the swatches to be delivered.  The set contains several basic fabric and colour choices available online and offline for Suits, Jackets and Blazers, Trousers and Shirts those are in stock in our inventory.

Not at all. Once we have your measurements on file, re-orders are a snap. If you want something new, all you have to do is select the cloth and styles. And if your measurements have change please do let us know.

Absolutely, before you send your favorite shirts to copy, make sure you have finalized all the details with us. When you send the clothing please make sample of no value. We’ll be glad to incorporate any changes you might want, and then return the shirt you sent with your Unique Tailor’s shirts.

After receiving our confirmation e- mail, you will have 24 hours to cancel or modify your order.

Shipping costs are free for purchase over $100. Otherwise, it will cost $25.

It takes 7-10 working days to complete an order provided all the information required has been provided and 3-4 working days for transit.

It is depending on shipping via Normal Post or via Courier services. Once we have shipped the orders to customers, we send the tracking number via email to track their shipments, so that they will know where the package is.

Of course, yes we provide a free alteration service for the first year that you have your suits from Unique Tailor. We also keep an extra allowance all around so you can easily alter it when you gain weight.

Yes, you shoulder register so that you can complete your order. When doing so, your measurements will be automatically saves in your account, making any further order much easier. Your account also allow you to check the previous purchases and the state of your current orders. In order to ensure maximum privacy, we ask only for the strictly necessary information.
